His experience gained and connections made in the real estate investment world have allowed him to seamlessly assist investors with their passive income goals.
Janet has a background in Urban Planning and holds an MBA with a focus on corporate finance. With almost a decade of experience in funds management, she was responsible for managing over $40 million in capital project funds. She has enjoyed success as part of a real estate team that has achieved multiple millions in residential sales volume per year. Applying her knowledge of real estate and business, she performs market and financial analysis to evaluate and identify compelling opportunities that will benefit our investors.
A graduate of George Mason University, Brandon specializes in sourcing both on-market and off-market opportunities, building relationships with the brokers and seller community as well as raising capital. Brandon is constantly seeking out networking opportunities to provide investors and sponsors more access to qualified deals.
David brings a unique blend of experience as a private hedge fund manager as well as a top producing real estate agent. He started as a retail investor over 10 years ago and developed his trading skills while earning a Masters degree at Princeton University. On the real estate side, David is familiar with both the residential and investment aspects of the business, serving clients that range from first time home buyers to seasoned investors with multiple-property portfolios. He will be leveraging his experience and network to introduce new investors to the world of multi-family and manage existing client relations.
